During his intervention he promoted a continuum of quality care across countries to implement individualized sustainable solution for children on the move.

He called for a reinforced cross-border collaboration for the case management based on child’s rights standards and stressed the necessity to go beyond immediate protection and to undertake an urgent change of paradigm to consider refugee and migrant children as children first and foremost.
